I am so grateful to all of my students and their wonderful parents! Thank you parents, for all your support this year
(field trips, attending events/assemblies, kind feedback and warm support).

This year, I had to unpack 30 boxes and recreate a classroom that I originally had. The themes in my classroom have changed over the years but I am "over the moon" about this current theme! Looking forward to another wonderful year with my students!
Happy New Year!
I hope that you and your families were able to ring in the New Year in a special way! Tomorrow, classes will resume and we will ring in the New Year by discussing resolutions, wishes and how to tell time! I came across another Teacher's (Marsha McGuire) door display (https://s-media-cache ak0.pinimg.com/originals/34/56/25/345625078403a37ac1dc16948dba4aba.jpg). I absolutely love what she did and thought that it was a wonderful way to welcome our first graders in January. I came into school today (yes, before the first day) and got our classroom ready for the grade one students. Take a look at the pictures below! Wishing you all a healthy, happy and prosperous New Year! Today, I decided to start my first blog. I am amazed and inspired by the teaching blogs that I have come across. Through these blogs, I have been able to communicate with others that have the same passion that I do - a love for teaching and a love for learning. There are times when I am trying to find the right worksheet or right activity for a student and will find teachers that have created exactly what I am looking for. I would like to do the same; share my ideas and hope that at least one idea may come handy for another. Stay tuned for what is yet to come! My first apple! |
